Loving-Kindness
At KORA our highest intention is to alleviate suffering in all its forms, by getting to the root of that suffering. We begin by cultivating a compassionate view toward ourselves and others. Loving Kindness is this compassion in action, and KORA offers activities to help us decrease the experience of suffering and increase the experience of joy in our own lives and the lives of others.
